(Order of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.) The Petitioner is the mother of the detenu viz., Saravanan @ Sarvaal Saravanan, who has challenged the order of detaining the detenu under the Goondas Act.

2.When the matter is called today, R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order has already been revoked and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above submission, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
