Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to give police protection for his Shop ''Seerangam Family Restaurant" situated in the above address based on his complaint dated 21.08.2019, and pending in CSR.No.419 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Singanallur Police Station (Law & Order), Coimbatore District.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to provide adequate police protection for his Shop ''Seerangam Family Restaurant". But, the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 21.08.2019 was enquired and also issued CSR.No.419 of 2019 to the petitioner herein. After enquiry, it was closed on 31.10.2019. Therefore, direction to the police protection cannot be granted by this court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the concerned court, if so advised.

2. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
