ORDER

It is the only grievance of the respondents that since the matter has been seized off by the Honourable Supreme Court in the appeal with regard to the stamp duty, in the event they succeed in the matter, they may not be in a position to recover the stamp duty.

2. In view of this Court, such an apprehension is unnecessary. As far as the payment of stamp duty is concerned, in the event, if any stamp duty is collectable, it can be recovered as charges. Therefore, in the event if the respondents succeed in the Supreme Court, they are entitled to recover the amount as a charge. Therefore document can be registered.

3. For filing report in this regard, post the matter on 06.01.2026 along with WP.No.10454 of 2024.
