ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners' representation dated 26.09.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners made a representation dated 26.09.2024 to initiate penal action under section 81A and 82 of the Registration Act 1908 against 3rd and 5th to 13th respondents. Since no order was passed, the present writ petition is filed.
3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the petitioner's representations will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of eight weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2024 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Once if the respondents come to conclusion that the 3rd respondent is involved in the
commission of any criminal offences colluding with respondents 5 to 13, the 1st and 2nd respondents shall lodge a complaint before the 4th respondent. In such case, the 4th respondent shall take action for commission of criminal offences in terms of section 81-A and 82 of the Registration Act, 1908 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of such complaint.
