ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioners and form a separate society for the members of the Perambalur District 3/7
Women Tailoring Industrial Development Co-operative Society who belong to Ariyalur district by forming a separate society or, in the alternative, permit them to continue as members of the Perambalur District Women Tailoring Industrial Development Co-operative Society with all the consequential benefits.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioners in the light of the directions issued by the second respondent on 10.07.2024 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
