The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's application for recognition of the petitioner's school for classes I to V from the academic year 2025-2026 by taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner's building has been granted with recognition by the Devalapuram Town Panchayat vide resolution No.72 dated 10.03.2010 prior to 01.01.2011 without insisting upon the planning permission from the Director of Town and Country Planning as per the orders of the Hon'ble Court in W.P.no.24909 of 2022 etc., batch of writ petitions vide order dated 28.10.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2021 and pass orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered by the respondents and appropriate orders will be passed within the time frame as
fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of which, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.
