Quota) Course Session, 2022-2023 provisional list of candidates dated 26.11.2022, quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to allot a seat in management quota for the petitioner in the colleges selected by the petitioner in second round of management counselling. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she had choice locked 2 Colleges in the second round of counselling for management seats, she was denied a seat on the ground that she has not choice locked any seat. There seems to be an error that has occurred.

2. Dr.G.Hemavathy, Deputy Director of Medical Education (i/c), Chennai is present in person and makes a statement that the petitioner would be allotted an MBBS seat in PSG Institute of Medical 2/4

Sciences, Coimbatore, which is her first choice in the second round counseling for management seats.
