ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 12.08.2024 within a stipulated time as this Court fixes.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the eighth respondent on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.08.2024 and dispose of the said representation after conducting enquiry and giving opportunity of hearing to them, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
