ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner seeking not to transfer the registration certificate of the bus bearing registration No.TN 36 AU 4199 and permit in favour of the third respondent.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner is the daughter of the third respondent and the above bus stands in the name of her father who died. The petitioner also filed suit for partition in OS.No.86 of 2022 and it is pending before the IV Additional District Court, Bhavani. 4.

In view of the above, if any application is submitted by the third respondent for change of ownership as well as permit for the above bus, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the petitioner on the objections raised by her and also the third respondent and to pass 2/5

orders after conducting enquiry and giving opportunity of hearing to them, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the said application. 5.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
