C.M.P.No.24488 of 2019 in CMA.SR.No.94402 of 2019 This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 100 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.9,995/- in CMA.Sr.No.94402 of 2019.

It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as appellant, has filed Civil Miscellaneous Appeal Sr.No.94402 of 2019 on the file of this Court with the delay of 100 days and further it is averred in the petition that due to administrative reasons such delay has occurred and in order to condone the same, the present petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the materials available on record.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to The Woman's Lawyer Association, High Court Madras within two weeks, failing which the petition will be dismissed. Note: Registry is directed to number the main case, if it is otherwise in order.

It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as appellant, has filed Civil Miscellaneous Appeal Sr.No.94403 of 2019 on the file of this Court with the delay of 100 days and further it is averred in the petition that due to administrative reasons such delay has occurred and in order to condone the same, the present petition has been filed.
