C.M.P.Nos.395, 398 and 401 of 2023 in S.A.No.7 of 2007 P.T.ASHA, J These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 125 days in bringing the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, T.M.Pillappa on record in the above second appeal; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant; and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 herein as appellants in the above second appeal as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents 3 to 7.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 7 would submit that he has no objection for these petitions being ordered.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed.
