The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 9(B) (1)(a) of Indian Explosives Act, 1884 in Cr.No.366 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was making country bombs illegally, without any license. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that petitioner was making country bombs illegally, without any license. He would submit that eight bombs were recovered from the petitioner and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner. 5. Taking into consideration the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and the huge quantity possessed, this case requires a detailed investigation and this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
