This petition has been filed to implead the petitioners 1 and 2, as respondents 5 and 6 in CRP No.270/2022.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent/ civil revision petitioner has no objection for impleading the above parties.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment.
