These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1679 days in filing the petition (i) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole petitioner, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole petitioner and (iii) to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased sole petitioner.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
