This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of filing certified copy of the order made in W.P.No.3760 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020.

According to the petitioner, as against the above said order, he preferred SLP No.3792/2021 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the same was dismissed by order dated 01.08.2024, granting liberty to prefer an appeal before the Division Bench of the Madras High Court. In such circumstances, he is not able to furnish the certified copy of the order, but filed only a photo copy of the said order.

Being satisfied with reason assigned in the affidavit, we inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
