C.M.P.No.21407 & 21408 of 2022 in C.R.P.No. 633 of 2014 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

These petitions have been filed to to condone the delay of 1318 days in filing the restoration petition in the above CRP.No.633 of 2014 and to set aside the dismissal order dated 26.03.2014 passed by this Court in CRP No.633 of 2014 and restore the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is restored.
