ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent herein to provide Electricity Supply to the petitioner's Agriculture pump sets though this petitioner's application has not been coming under the Fast Track (TATKAL) Self financing scheme 2019-20.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made an application dated 07.04.2014 before the 1st respondent herein for getting Electricity connection to agriculture pumpsets though the petitioner's application not coming under the scheme of extension of supply under Fast track (TATKAL) Self Financing Scheme 2019-2020, by way of relaxing the condition of the paragraph Nos. 4C and 4F of the proceedings of the 4th respondent and further the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.25,000/- for getting the 20 HP connection. Hence, the petitioner's application was not considered by the 1st respondent herein, the petitioner made various representations to the respondents with regard to grant of electricity connection. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation for grant of electricity connection to his agricultural pumpsets within the time frame fixed by this Court.
4.Heard the learned counsel on the either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent herein to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner for grant of electricity connection in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
