O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second to Fourth Respondents to measure and grant patta in favour of the Petitioner in respect of her property comprised in Survey Number 368/A2A situated at S.Vallakaundapuram, Kondampatti, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering her representation dated 14.10.2019.

The Third Respondent has filed Status Report in which it has been stated as follows:- "6.

It is further submitted that the Petitioner representation submitted to the Third Respondent on 14.10.2019 was examined and the field was inspected by the Village Administration Officer of Kondampatti Village and Firka Surveyor of Gudimangalam Firka of Udumalpet Taluk. Tirppur District Natham patta can be issued to the Petitioner only after submission of the documents from the year of 1966. The Petitioner has been infromed accordingly to apply with all registered documents to get the natham patta in her name. After getting Natham Patta in the name of Petitioner measurement of the filed of the Petitioner will be done."

In view of the aforesaid action taken by the Third Respondent, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. It is open to the Petitioner to work out her remedies for necessary relief before the appropriate forum in the manner recognized by law in terms of the aforesaid submissions made by the Third Respondent.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
