The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO ACT, Dharmapuri all the working days at 10.30am until further orders by order dated 12.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 22469 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
