Nazar .. Respondent Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the Principal District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of the pending in E.P.No.481 of 2013 in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2007 in a time bound manner.

Mr.A.Mohamed Ismail C O M M O N O R D E R C.R.P.No.4688 of 2024 has been filed for a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of the pending in E.P.No.482 of 2013 in R.C.O.P.No.13 of 2007.

2.C.R.P.No.4689 of 2024 has been filed for a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of the pending in E.P.No.481 of 2013 in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2007.

3.I called for a report from the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, on 25.11.2024.

4.The learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, has sent a report dated 04.12.2024, stating that E.P.Nos.481 & 482 of 2013 were posted along with E.A.No.5 of 2024 on 17.12.2024, which is pending for notice of hearing to the respondent. The learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, has further stated that due to filing of petition over petition by either parties in the EP from the year 2017, E.Ps could not be disposed of at an earlier date. She adds that steps are being taken to dispose the above E.P.Nos.481 & 482 of 2013 within a month.

5.Mr.A.Mohamed Ismail, represents that the R.C.O.P. Number given in C.R.P.(PD).No.4688 of 2024 is R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2007. He states that there is a typographical error. Instead of typing R.C.O.P.No.13 of 2007, it has been typed as R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2007.

6.Office is directed to carry out amendment in the prayer of C.R.P.(PD).No.4688 of 2024.

7.Taking into consideration the report submitted by the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, I am inclined to grant eight (8) weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of E.P.Nos.481 of 2013 & 482 of 2013 and to submit a compliance report to this Court. 8.With the above directions, both the Civil Revision Petitions are ordered. No costs.
