This application is filed for permission to appropriate a sum of Rs.20,500/- paid by way of e-court fee and a sum of Rs.50/- paid by way of stamps towards succession duty.

2. The succession duty required to be paid into the relevant account of the Reserve Bank of India. Since it has been paid inadvertently in the form of e-court fee and stamp, the Registry is directed to refund the said amount to the applicant.

3. Accordingly, this application is disposed of by directing the Registry to refund the said amounts either by way of remittance into the appropriate bank account of learned counsel or by issuance of payment instrument in the name of the learned counsel. This process shall be completed within a maximum period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
