ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent for taking further action on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.07.2019 and to investigate the same.

2.The petitioner has given a complaint dated 15.07.2019 to the respondent making certain allegations that one R.Dhandapani and his family members purchased properties at various places, which according to the petitioner, the properties are not disclosed to the Government and has not properly accounted. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the petitioner providing specific information in the complaint dated 15.07.2019, the respondent did not taken any action against the said R.Dhandapani.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the complaint of the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bereft of facts and there is no documents to sustain the same. Further, the copy of the said complaint has been forwarded to the Director of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj for taking necessary action. On receipt of the report, further action will be taken. Further, seeks the petitioner to produce the relevant documents along with the complaint with details to the respondent enabling them to take further action in this regard.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Director of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Panagal Building, Chennai and lodge detail complaint along with relevant documents.
