Considering the limited nature of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case by dispensing with the requirement of filing of counter affidavit by directing the 1st Respondent to consider the Representations / Applications dated 19.06.2025 and 20.06.2025 of the Petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.

3. Needless to state, before passing such order, the petitioner shall be heard.

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
