This case commenced with a faux pas in the cause list. The application number is correctly given, whereas the suit number has been given wrongly as C.S. No.524 of 2017 instead of C.S. No.524 of 2007.

However the papers are correctly circulated before the Court.

2. In other words, C.S. No.524 of 2007 along with A. No.5713 of 2022 are before the court. Hence this court, chooses to ignore the error in the cause list and proceeds to hear A. No.5713 of 2022, filed for amending 'A' schedule property and the same is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to drop C.S.

No.524 of 2017 from the cause list of this court.
