CMP.No.25164 of 2024 in CMA. No.SR.140880 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI,J.

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the above CMA.

2. During pendency of this case, R1 died. The 3rd, who is the legal heir of R1, impleaded as second respondent.

3. Mrs.R.Srividhya, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.Satheesh Krishnan, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and accordingly, the petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and Registry is further directed to print the name of the counsel, who appeared on behalf of the second respondent, in the cause list and post the case in the usual course.
