A.No.5823 of 2022 in Arb.OP.DR.No.117564 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J This application has been filed to dispense with the production of the original Award dated 11.05.2022 passed by the first respondent in ARB Case no.ARC/HDB/VL/27301.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have received only photo copy of the Award and original Award is yet to be received. Therefore, he undertakes to produce the certified copy of the Award as and when received by the petitioner.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed and the production of the Original Award dated 11.05.2022 is dispensed with for the present.
