ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction on the official respondents to consider the representations dated 23.7.2020 and 23.11.2020 submitted by him.

2. When the petitioner approached this Court alleging that the private respondents by encroaching upon the public pathway had constructed a house and compound wall, it is his bounden duty to file a photograph of the land/site in question along with the writ petition. However, the petitioner has not filed any photograph along with the writ petition. Secondly, the petitioner has failed to

file a copy of "A" register to show the classification of the land in question. The non-filing of the photograph and the copy of "A" register in respect of the land in question has not been properly explained by the petitioner. In the absence of relevant material, it is difficult for this Court to entertain the writ petition.
