O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to pass a resolution or order, pursuant to the Peace Meeting held on 18.09.2024, vide Na.Ka.AA1-819-2023, dated 16.09.2024, with regard to the construction of a Temple to be constructed on Patta land, measuring about 40.25 cents, in Orangur Village, Veppur Taluk, comprised in Survey No. 538/12B, by the petitioner and a further direction to the respondents directing them to provide adequate Police protection during the construction of the Temple.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 12.09.2024 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
