By order dated 14.09.2022, letters of administration were granted in favour of the applicant herein. The present application is filed in view of disparity between the address specified in the petition and the address contained in the 'Aadhar Card '. Therefore, an amendment is prayed for.

2. When the Original Petition was allowed, the consent affidavit of the respondent was taken into account. Therefore, there is no necessity to put the respondent on notice.

3. Upon examining the reasons stated in support of this application, this application is liable to be allowed and is hereby allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the applicant is permitted to carry out these amendments on or before 10.01.2023.
