Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Civil Revision 1/4

Petition in the light of the liberty granted by Hon'ble Mr. Justice N.Sathish Kumar in C.R.P.(NPD) No.4458 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2. I have gone through the aforesaid order and I find that the learned Judge has granted liberty to the Petitioner therein either to resort to the provisions under Order IX Rule 13 or to file an appeal as against the exparte judgment.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and also in the light of the aforesaid order dated 07.11.2024 made in C.R.P.(NPD)No.4458 of 2024, this Civil Revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
