O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 08.03.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for transfer of his LIC Agency from the 4th respondent office to CBO-07, Chennai Divisional -II.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request is not considered so far.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on merits on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 4th respondent has to consider and decide.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
