Crl.M.P.No.14920 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.489 of 2024 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.489 of 2024 by order dated 30.04.2024 directing him to appear before the trial Court on every Monday and Friday including the hearing date till the disposal of S.C.No.1 of 2017.

2. Though the 2nd respondent has been served and his name is shown in today's cause list, none has entered appearance.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent-police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 30.04.2024 made in Crl.A.No.489 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
