This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for entire records relating to Crime No.419 of 2021, pending on the file of first respondent and to 1/3

quash the same as illegal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is a case where the petitioner was charged for abating the suicide of the deceased Subramani. The learned counsel for the petitioner argued for quashing of the First Information Report on the ground that First Information Report does not reveal anything against the petitioner with regard to abatement to commit suicide of deceased Subramani. However, after hearing the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and when this Court expressed that, it is not a fit case for quashing, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court for withdrawal.

3.In the said circumstances, permission is granted for withdrawal. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 08.12.2022 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order ep 2/3
