In both WPs For Petitioners : Mr.M.Santhanaraman For Respondent : Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi Government Advocate COMMON ORDER The prayer sought for in these writ petitions is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioners' representation dated 22.08.2022 and to transfer the patta in respect of the subject property viz., all that piece and parcel of 2.96 1⁄2 acres out of 5.93 acres of Dry Land comprised in Survey No.130/5 of Perumbakkam Village, Chengam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District in the petitioners' name.
2. The petitioners claim that they purchased the property at S.No.130/5 situated at Perumbakkam Village, Chengam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District on 30.03.2022 and they have been registered as Document Nos.7726/2022 and 7725/2022 respectively before the concerned Registrar Office.

3. Thereafter when the petitioners had given representations for issuance of change of patta and chitta, that have not been considered, therefore they have come to this Court seeking the aforestated prayer.
4. Heard Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
5. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that, the said request of the petitioners dated 22.08.2022 would be considered and necessary orders to that effect would be passed by the 3rd respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
6. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and taking into account of the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of these writ petitions with the following order: There shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 3/6
22.08.2022 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With this direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
