The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.106 of 2024 from the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. The petitioner married the respondent on 13.03.2009. Thereafter, due to difference of opinion, the parties have separated and the respondent herein had filed HMOP.No.106 of 2024 seeking divorce. Seeking transfer of the above HMOP the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The petitioner would submit that she is living at Tiruvannamalai with her old age parents. The petitioner would submit that due to health issues and Blood Pressure, she cannot travel long distance. The petitioner would submit that it is very difficult for her both physically and financially to travel from Tiruvannamalai to Krishnagiri to attend every hearing.

4. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the transfer petition is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
