When it is pointed out by Learned Counsel for the Respondents that the Petitioner could not be granted the benefit of G.O. (Ms.) No. 105, Revenue [DM-4-(1)] Department dated 26.02.2015 issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu as it was restricted to persons who were in employment on the said date, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to seek appropriate relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
