Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for having committed willful contempt by disobeying the order of this Court made in W.P.No.2351 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024.

ORDER

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent/contemnor without serving notice to the petitioner as ordered by this Court in W.P.No.2351 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024, passed the order dated 01.03.2025, which amounts to contempt.

But, a careful perusal of the order dated 01.03.2025 passed by the respondent shows that they have taken steps to serve notice and the petitioner was not in a position to receive the same. Therefore this Court does not find any contempt in the act of the respondent. Hence the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 02.06.2025 cgi Speaking /Non-speaking order 2/3
