On verification of the order passed by the learned Judge, this court found that the above order is passed with the support of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) application. Hence Registry is directed to call for explanation from the concerned officer as to why she has not applied her Judicious mind to decide the said issue and also as to on what basis, she passed the order with the support of the AI application machine made mind and submit the report within two weeks.
