Crl.M.P.No.17376 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.39149 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 431 days in filing the above revision.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.It is seen that the petitioner had taken private notice to the respondents in the address given to him which has been returned. Today, the names of the respondents are also printed in the cause list, despite the same, there is no representation for the respondents. It appears that the respondents have got no serious objection in condoning the delay.

4.It is also submitted that the petitioner's salary is attached and the maintenance amount is being deducted from his salary.

5.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
