This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 10.07.2017, through which the petitioner seeks for action against the third respondent for not renewing his driving license.

2. After notice the matter is listed today for further hearing. Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the third respondent, submitted that already an action has been taken against the third respondent by the 1st and 2nd respondents through proceedings dated 08.10.2017, on the very same allegation, thereby, postponing the annual increment by one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

year. He has produced a copy of the said order dated 08.10.2017.

3. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, I find that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
