The petitioner who is the owner of the vehicle filed a petition for return of property before the Trial Court which got dismissed. Against which, the present revision has been filed with a delay of 81 days.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not an accused in this case.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes this petitioner stating that the petitioner has no valid reason for the delay.

4.Considering the above, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the revision petition if it is otherwise in order.
