This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.

It is submitted that the prosecution, after considering the circumstances, has filed an application before the learned Magistrate to withdraw the prosecution. In view of the same, the case need not be kept pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate. Page No.1 of 3

Accordingly, the case in CC.No.900788 of 2017 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tiruppur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur is permitted to be withdrawn and the accused is acquitted and this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
