ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a mandamus to forbear the respondents from proceeding to shift the Shop No.3586 or commencement of any other TASMAC outlet in Survey No.397/1 in Punjai Kolanalli Village, Kodumudi Taluk, Erode District.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions that the apprehension of the petitioner is baseless and there is no proposal as set out in the prayer with respect to Survey No.397/1.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
