This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.26426 of 2022 on 04.11.2022 to stay at Panagudi, Tirunelveli District and report the Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m.,until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
