This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the crime No.1226 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court the order passed by this Court in Crl OP no.26332 of 2019. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.01.2021, it was represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that after investigation, the FIR itself has been closed. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
