This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to expedite the hearing of the complaint dated 25/8/2016 made by the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to electing the President to the Society. The term of the office bearer of the Society is for three years. As the period is already over, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
