This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to give necessary police protection to petitioner to reconstruct the compound wall and house in petitioner's property situated at Venkatswara Nagar (extension), Perungalathur village, Tambaram in Survey No.444, Sub Division. No.36, Plot no.109 to an extend of 2200 sq.ft. based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2024 was enquired and closed as civil in nature.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
