This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court order dated 22.09.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.21915 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week on 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
