This application has been filed by the defendant seeking to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the written statement. 2.The suit has been filed seeking a direction against the present applicant to vacate from the suit schedule property and deliver vacant possession to the plaintiff and also for mandatory injunction to handover the title deeds of the said property. The property is a residential building. The defendant had also thought it necessary to file a counter claim along with the written statement.
3.The delay is condoned on hearing the learned counsel for the plaintiff.
