The petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15543 of 2024, dated 15.07.2024.

that he shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30a.m. till completion of Trial.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
